They are young Balinese talented , all from the region, who support the establishment. Among them, Agung and Gus Juniarta, our two chefs, collaborate with international chefs for a gastronomic and cultural exchange. They work with fresh ingredients to propose a healthy and delicious combination.
To better understand Balinese cuisine, the chefs offer a Cooking Classe. Early morning, you will visit the village market to choose the native products. Then head to our traditional kitchen where you will learn how to make a dozen Balinese dishes under the guidance of our chefs. And of course, you’ll end up eating the food you’ve cooked.
